Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Only)

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be accepted.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery right to your door.

Standard Shipping:

  • FREE on orders over $50
  • $6.90 flat rate on orders under $50

Expedited Shipping:

  • $19.90 flat rate — no minimum order required

Order Cut-Off Times (Pacific Time - PT)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT will be processed the same business day.
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 6:00 PM PT will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Handling Time

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Expedited Shipping: 0-1 business day after payment confirmation

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid delays.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Domestic Only)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5 - 7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

Total Delivery Times (U.S. Domestic Only)

The total delivery time includes both order processing (handling) time and transit time. For all U.S. destinations, the estimated total delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 - 9 business days (1-2 business days handling + 5-7 business days transit)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3 - 6 business days (0-1 business day handling + 3-5 business days transit)

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided link.

If you experience any delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team—we’re happy to assist.


Additional Information

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Sales Tax & Shipping Tax

At Ladyspin, we currently do not collect sales tax at checkout. Product prices and shipping rates shown on our website do not include sales tax.

Please note that, under U.S. tax law, customers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable sales or use tax in their state if required.

For states where shipping fees are considered taxable, customers may also be responsible for paying sales tax on the shipping charges.
